Web Access

To access Career Voyage over the Web you and your clients simply need a Web browser on your PC (such as Internet Explorer version 5+) and broadband Internet connection.

For PC based editions of the software (standalone, LAN, WAN) the following are the minimum recommended specifications:

Standalone

• Windows 98 SE \ Windows 2000 \ Windows XP Professional
• Pentium III - 450 MHz
• CD ROM Drive
• Memory Requirement varies with operating system
               Win 98 128 Mbytes RAM
               Win 2000 128 Mbytes RAM
               Win XP Pro 256 Mbytes RAM
• Additional Software Required:
               Internet Explorer 6.0 (link available on Installation Disk)
               Acrobat Reader 6.0 (link available on Installation Disk)

Networks

• Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003
• Pentium III - 450 MHz
• CD ROM Drive
• Microsoft Internet Information Server Version 5 or higher must be enabled in Windows Components
• Memory Requirement
               Win 2000 256 Mbytes RAM
               Win XP Pro \ Win Server 2000 256 Mbytes RAM
               Win 2003 512 Mbytes RAM

• Networking Hardware to connect one or more clients on a TCP\IP LAN.
If there are more than 20 concurrent users of Career Voyage on the network, SQL Server 2000 / 2003 will need to be installed on the server. For 20 or less concurrent users, you may install MSDE included on the installation disk.
